The 48V Solenoid Relay is used to combine two batteries when a alternator is charging ( engine running) and isolate them when not charging ( engine off) so you can still start your vehicle
Note:Does not create a voltage drop to the second battery like conventional isolators

How to Install The Battery Isolator
Mount the isolator relay onto the linear purge valve mounting tab of the dual battery tray or fabricate a flat surface to mount the isolator relay
Connect the long red battery jumper to the positive of the main battery and use socket wrench and terminal on the isolator relay
Connect the short red battery jumper to terminal two on the isolator relay and connect the switch-isolator relay wire with big ring terminal to terminal two on the isolator relay
Connect the switch-isolator relay wire with the small ring terminal to the positive terminal on the isolator relay
Connect the isolator relay ground wire to the negative terminal on the isolator relay using 8mm socket wrench and ground within the engine bay
Finished. Perfect for any applicatoin with multiple batteries that need to be isolated including Marine, Mobile Audio, Off-Road, Power Sports, and more.
